I am using a own build PC, with Windows 8.1. I am using Logictech MK345 Comfort wireless keyboard. I try to change my keyboard to a wired PS/2, it also wont work.

I did it before the tutorial start, about 1 to 2 sec before i could use WASD to walk

I have the same problem as well. At first, i thought was the keyboard problem, but then i found out that i could use the cheat after the story loading. If I am quick enough, i could press RSC and INL both repeat before i could see my character and it will work. After that, it will not work anyone no matter how long and how many times I tried.
